How do I place an order ?

Browse our website and select the items you would like to purchase. Add them to cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts for shipping and payment information. Your order is confirmed once the payment is processed.

Can I cancel my order ?

All cancellations and refunds to your order must be notified 5 days in advance from the scheduled delivery date. We will refund you back on the same card that was used for payment.

Can I get a refund ?

Due to the perishable nature of our goods and how they are stored, we are not responsible for the goods once they have been delivered. We are unable to provide a refund on a product which has been consumed.

How do I store my goods?

We suggest enjoying your cheesecake on the day of delivery. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer delivery within Auckland only at this stage. We offer free delivery for orders over $90. However should your order be under $90 a delivery fee of $10 applies.

Auckland Weekday Delivery - Tuesdays and Thursdays (6pm-8pm6pm-8pm)
Auckland Weekend Delivery - Saturday (11am-2pm)

Please ensure somebody is available for accepting the delivery as we are unable to reschedule.
